Our “Successful Careers in Logistics (SCIL) Training Program offers recent college graduates the opportunity to experience several aspects of our business on an accelerated schedule.

SCIL participants work with and learn from people involved in daily operations and decision making in each of our core business areas over the course of a one-to-two-year rotation.

The result is optimum understanding and an enhanced ability to sense-and-respond to the changing customer needs in the supply chain. These skills form the foundation for leadership within our organization.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
Relevant intern/work experience
Demonstrated leadership experience
Willingness to relocate/travel
