 Janice Miller is Vice President, Human Resources, for DSC Logistics. She provides leadership for all the Human Resource functions, including training, development, compensation, benefits, employee and labor relations, and staffing. Janice works closely with both the field and corporate HR Teams, and is the lead in the Organizational Development Review process to ensure a strong DSC leadership team.
Janice is a Senior Consultant from St. Aubin, Haggerty & Associates, a strategic human resource management consulting firm. She specializes in strategic staffing, manpower planning, employee relations and compensation. Prior to consulting, Janice held human resource positions of increasing responsibility at the division and corporate levels of American Hospital Supply Corporation, which is now Baxter Healthcare Corporation. Her last corporate position was Director of Executive and Professional staffing, and she also served on a merger team for the American Hospital Supply/Baxter Healthcare merger. While at American Hospital Supply, Janice received the Management Award and President’s Award for outstanding leadership and achievement in her field.
Janice received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Northern Illinois University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. |
