Scott Morgan

Scott Morgan is Vice President, Customer Care, for DSC Logistics. In addition to his daily Customer Care activities, Scott is responsible for supporting Customer Care initiatives focused on strategic infrastructure and processes, and supporting new business development activities with new and existing customers. Scott manages and ensures the development and implementation of customer relationship plans. He is a member of the Supply Chain Council and the Customer Leadership Team.

Scott joined DSC in 1996 as the Business Development Manager, and in 1997 assumed Key Account Management responsibility for Bristol-Myers Squibb and Kimberly-Clark. In 1999, Scott moved into Customer Care as the Director of our newly established Healthcare and Consumer Products Group. He led the development of a structured, process-oriented Customer Relationship Management system, and the development and implementation of the DSC Each Management Capability.

Before joining DSC, Scott held management positions in Operations, Sales and Finance for McMaster-Carr Supply Company. Previously, he was Manager, Distribution and Accounting Operations, of Allstate Enterprises, Inc.

Scott received his Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Illinois University and his Master of Management degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
