Kate Daly is Chief Human Resources Officer for DSC Logistics. A member of the Executive Team, Kate advances and aligns business and HR strategy for DSC, providing vision and direction to implement HR initiatives in support of our mission to achieve customer business goals across the enterprise.

Kate develops and leads our talent management strategy with a balanced focus on acquisition, assessment, development, transition, succession planning and retention. She leads the areas of employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation, benefits and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems). She supports the delivery and communication of key initiatives and messages, as well as facilitates strategy sessions and training programs. Kate champions, facilitates and fortifies the DSC culture and helps us develop organizational strategies to facilitate our continued and future success.

Prior to joining DSC, Kate held positions as Vice President, Human Resources, D&W Fine Pack, and Senior Vice President, Human Resources, PSAV Presentation Services. Previously, she held positions of increasing responsibility, including Director of Training & Development, North America for Panasonic and Barneys New York. Over the course of her career, Kate has worked with leaders at all levels to help them drive organizational change and improvements.

Kate has a BS in Industrial & Labor Relations with a major in Human Resource Management from Cornell University. She is a member of the HR Forum Networking Group, the Chicago CHRO Leadership Group and the Society for Human Resources Management; she received SPHR certification in 2012.
