I’m responsible for a DSC logistics center operation, providing leadership to deliver overall operational performance, including safety, quality, productivity and meeting customer requirements. I have responsibility for the financial performance of the operations I lead, and for delivering cost savings, continuous improvement and customer value. I identify and develop operational talent; promoting DSC’s culture and demonstrating DSC’s values, I coach and motivate our operations leaders and employees and keep the team aligned to customer goals.
My role has a direct impact on the culture, energy, passion and results within our operations. Employee relations, continuous improvement and safety are in my care. I connect what our customers want and need to what our operations deliver. I provide the vision, planning, information, feedback and resources to ultimately create engagement and satisfaction for both customers and employees.
