VP, Transportation speaks at supply chain and transportation summit

Dale Carpenter, VP, Transportation, participated in a roundtable presentation at FUEL 2017, enVista’s inaugural supply chain and transportation executive summit and educational conference, September 13-15 in Chicago.

In the session, “TMS Implementation Best Practices,” Dale and the other participants discussed the importance of clearly defining the process and results to be delivered and clearly understanding the full scope of integration. Among other points, they also covered how important it is to not underestimate the staffing requirements well beyond the initial phase and to fully embrace the need to adjust configurations to drive continual improvements and shifting customer requirements
