What major technology and other disruptors are forcing changes in supply chain strategies? How can supply chain leaders be catalysts for innovation and improved performance?

Sharing her ideas on and her experiences with successfully innovating and creating a high-performing supply chain, Michelle talked about why innovation is important in DSC’s supply chain and how DSC is adapting distribution, inventory management and other supply chain capabilities. She also discussed DSC’s innovative methods for meeting the challenge of attracting, retaining and developing supply chain talent and the challenge presented by disconnected technologies.
